The academy conducts its IAS coaching in both Offline and Online modules. Mr. Balraj Singh Solanki a renowned educationist, philanthropist and visionary with his rich experience in the field of education is the director and mentor of the company. 1. COUNSELLORS (ONLY FEMALES):
To attend all the in-bound calls/enquiries received through CRM, brief them about the academy and its USP’s, about IAS course and its modules, mentor and hand hold them, address their queries, make them feel delighted and encourage them to enroll for the coaching.
To attend all the walk-in students, greet them well, brief them about the academy and its USP’s, about IAS course and its modules, mentor and hand hold them, address their queries, make them feel delighted and encourage them to enroll for the coaching.
Listening to students' academic, emotional, social, and behavioral concerns in an open and non-judgmental way.
Move a step ahead and find out the details of the target influencers (e.g., brother or parents of the students) and establish a communication with them.
Helping students to prepare for admissions applications and tests.
Encouraging students to attend to live classes to enhance the excitement level.
Strictly follow the SOP’s and Protocol designed by the company
Regular follow up with the warm customers through verbal and digital means.
To meet the monthly and quarterly targets
Desired Candidate Profile:
Qualified as graduate with 3 to 5 years of experience in counseling preferably in the IAS coaching or any other field in educational, career or mentorship counseling.
Pleasing personality, excellent communication and presentation skills and proficiency in English and Hindi languages.
Well aware with the information on the educational aspects in general and IAS exam pattern in particular
Proficient in computer literacy with the hands on experience in MS Office and Outlook
Sincere in approach, positive attitude, a go-getter and adept in giving the delightful experience to the target audiences.
Well aware with the social media aspects of marketing
Ability to convince and aggressively close the admissions
2. DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER:
Good knowledge of marketing pattern of coaching industry
Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and website and other digital advertising campaigns with special emphasis on You-Tube campaigns.
Design, build and maintain our social media presence across all the segments.
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
Well versed with the CRM and its integration process with the social media, emails, IVR etc.,
Desired Candidate Profile:
Qualified as Digital Marketing Professional.
Proven working experience in digital marketing
Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, website and other digital advertising campaigns with special emphasis on You-Tube campaigns.
Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
Solid knowledge of website analytics tools
Working knowledge of ad serving tools
Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Ad-words campaigns
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
