    1. 1. I am joining Classic IAS Academy having a complete knowledge of the Academy and of its rules and regulations and discipline as mentioned in the information bulletin. I declare that I will abide by the rules and regulations and the discipline of the Academy. In case of violation of discipline and non-seriousness towards study I can be terminated from the Academy. For disciplinary action the decision of the managing body of the academy will be final.
    2. 2. Fee payment can only be done by NEFT/UPI Transfer/Cheque/Demand Draft/Cheque or using online payment mode available on the website of Classic IAS Academy.
    3. 3. Students & parents are given advance information & schedule of fee payment. In case of non payment of fee installments in timely manner, student will not be allowed to attend the classes in any case.
    4. 4. Any request for cancellation of registration and/or refund of fee, the institute will not refund the fees under any circumstances before or after starting of classes.
    5. 5. The Institute reserves the right to change the time-table of classes at any time.
    6. 6. The institute reserves the right to use the student’s photograph/video/other related material for publicity in case student secures position/success in Civil Services Exam.
    7. 7. The fees deposited towards a particular course will not be adjusted against any other course and is not transferable to any other person if a student does not join that particular course.
    8. 8. I understand that the fee concessions extended to me are totally the discretion of the Institute’s policy and as per the offers going on at the time of the admission. I understand the fee concessions policy of the Institute very well and it is the total discretionary power of the concerned representative to offer any fee to any student. I will have no right to claim any past or future offers for fee concessions and I will not disclose my fee concessions to other students also, if found doing so, my fee concessions can be revoked with immediate effect.
    9. 9. All disputes are subject to Delhi Jurisdiction.
